Antoine Henault was born in 1992 in France. A self-taught photographer, he is learning the medium through experimentation and instinct and devellop a body of work that sits somewhere between instinctive staging and candid moments — built around portraiture, softness, and an attention to the quiet intensity of people in their environments, capturing moments that seem both real and subtly orchestrated. His work playfully experiments with color palettes that harmonize or contrast to evoke atmosphere and reveal layered narratives.
In 2022, he was selected by Paolo Roversi as a laureate of the Picto Prize, while the Eugène Delacroix National Museum in Paris hosted Henault’s first exhibition from his series Insolations.
